Please read carefully before sending any images. Sending an image and requesting a service from Photo Restoration Expert constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions
Copyright
The sender of any image to Photo Restoration Expert must own the copyright to that image, or have the express written permission of the copyright owner. The sender of the image will be held liable for any costs associated with court action resulting from violation of copyright. Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation related to such images are protected by the Copyright & Design Act 1988.
By placing an order the customer expresses their right to reproduce the supplied image under copyright law. All photographs provided for restoration are accepted on the strict understanding that the provider owns copyright or permission has been obtained from the owner in writing
The customer is absolutely liable for any resulting violation of copyright action taken by any third party
Obscene images
Any pornographic, obscene, or abusive images will not be accepted . Photo Restoration Expert will report the sender of any such image to the appropriate authority. The sender of any image appearing to show criminal activity will also be reported to the authorities.
Refund
Photo Restoration Expert's refund is limited to payment made to Photo Restoration Expert less administration and processing fees and will not be extended to cover any quality issues resulting from any subsequent printing of the image with either the customer's or any 3rd party's printing hardware or software.
Colours
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to the limitations of photographic and computer materials and processes tonal variations can occur
Viewing content
Photo Restoration Expert will not be held liable for any accidental or intentional damage to property or person, physical injury, deterioration in health, or financial loss, triggered by the viewing of any images on the website
Liability
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of date, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise), even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of Photo Restoration Expert
Despatch via email
Photo Restoration Expert do not accept any images via post only email. If sent via post, we do not accept any liability whatsoever.
In exceptional circumstances we will accept images by post but under no circumstances accept any liabilities to the customer or any 3rd party for any direct, indirect, consequential loss or damages or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business
Prices
Photo Restoration Expert reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. Surcharges will be made for urgent work outside our normal hours of business
Payment in full
Payment in advance is required prior to work starting
Ownership
Title of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by us
Arbitration and Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and therefore should cease using this website immediately.
